Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Twine (operated by iDareYou.in), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service. We may update these Terms occasionally — continued use means acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Twine. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may only link with one partner at a time.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

4. Your content

You own all memories, letters, photos, and other content you create on Twine. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you and your partner only. We claim no ownership over your content.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of Twine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Free plan features are provided at no cost and may change.
• Premium and Forever plans are billed via Razorpay. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
• One subscription covers both partners in a couple space.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimers

Twine is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for relationship outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Twine's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
